Twilight Seminar – Practitioner Update on Supply Chain Liability
Managing Partner Graham Evans, who is also a long standing Executive Committee member of the IRS, will Chair this event which will provide details of how the key regulators such as the Fair Work Ombudsman enforce their wide powers in the area of supply chain liability. Graham has arranged for two speakers to outline issues from their own perspective. The first is Cletus Brown, Director Knowledge at the Fair Work Ombudsman, the other is Rajat Shah, a compliance auditor and investigator from Woolworths Food Group.
The Twilight event is scheduled for 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm on Tuesday 19 February 2019, kindly hosted by K&L Gates.

2019 Practitioners Professional Development Day
O’Connell Practice Manager and Investigator Aimee Saaib will give a presentation to practitioner members of the IRS on Workplace Investigations, hints and tips. Aimee’s presentation will be based on her extensive investigatory work into workplace issues involving employees and managers – both in the NSW public and local government sectors, as will as the private sector. Aimee will be joined by a number of other high profile speakers at this widely regarded “intensive” especial
ly designed to bring busy workplace relations practitioners up to date on issues of interest to their work and clients.
